Lily Murakami

Ms. Murakami is a Partner and Head of Japan, APAC Relationship Management in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2011, Ms. Murakami was a Vice President of Marketing at Nomura Asset Management USA, where she focused on institutional marketing in Japan. Previously, Ms. Murakami was a Trader in the Credit Portfolio Trading Group at JP Morgan Chase, where she focused on the bank's Japan and ex-Japan Asia credit portfolio. In addition, Ms. Murakami was an Analyst at JPMorgan Securities, where she focused on investment banking. Ms. Murakami holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago in Economics. She is a CFA® charterholder.
